Who We Are

Iris Media Player is provided by Infini Tech. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the app.

Information We Collect

When you create an account or use cloud sync, we may process account information, playlist configuration added by you, favorites, selected active playlist, watch progress, resume status, synchronization timestamps, support messages, and basic technical data needed to operate and troubleshoot the app.

How We Use Information

We use information to let you sign in, access your playlists across supported devices, sync playlists and app status, load your own playlists, provide EPG and metadata features when available, provide support, and improve reliability and security.

Content and Playlist Responsibility

Iris Media Player does not verify, endorse, sell, or control the content available through playlists added by users. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights and authorization to access any playlist or stream they add.

Third-Party Services

The app may use Firebase services for authentication, database storage, and synchronization; cloud or backend services for playlist catalog processing; and TMDB metadata services for public movie and series metadata when available.

Data Retention and Deletion

We keep account and app data for as long as needed to provide the service, unless you delete your account or request deletion. You can delete your account from inside the app through the account/settings area. You may also contact us for privacy or deletion requests.

Children

Iris Media Player is not intended for children. The app does not intentionally collect personal information from children.
